Natalie Johnson, Principal
I am honored to serve as the Principal of Clement Middle School. My journey in education began in the classroom, where I taught high school Spanish for nine years before moving into administration. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in both teaching and leadership, and they continue to shape how I support students, staff, and families each day.
Within the Redlands Unified School District, I have had the privilege of serving in multiple roles, including Assistant Principal at Clement, where I built meaningful connections with this incredible school community. Returning to Clement as Principal feels like coming home, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue this work in partnership with such dedicated educators and supportive families.
At the heart of my leadership is a commitment to creating a school culture where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to achieve their best. Together, we will build on Clement’s strong traditions, celebrate our Viking pride, and ensure that all students are prepared to succeed in middle school and beyond.

Assistant Principal - Todd Harris
Hello, my name is Todd Harris, and I am excited to return as an assistant principal at Clement Middle School. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, San Bernardino, and my master's degree in educational administration from the University of Redlands. Over the past 30 years, I have had the privilege of serving in education as both a teacher, coach and an administrator, gaining valuable experience and building strong connections with students, staff, and families.
I am truly looking forward to another great year at Clement, working together to support student success and foster a positive school community. I’m excited for all the great things our students and staff will accomplish this year–and as always, Go Vikings!

Assistant Principal
Assistant Principal- Sujana Herrera
My name is Sujana Herrera and I am an Assistant Principal. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and a Masters of Science in Teaching from the State University of New York in Plattsburgh. I also earned a Masters of Arts degree in Educational Leadership from Point Loma Nazarene University. This is my 25th year in education. I have taught ESL, BSI, Spanish, and AVID at both the middle and high school levels and have served in a variety of leadership roles at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. I am of East-Indian descent and am fluent in English, Spanish and Telugu (a language of East-india). I am married; my husband and I have three college-aged children and two dogs. Some of my hobbies include working out, hiking, reading, and traveling. I am excited to join the Clement team and look forward to working in partnership with Ms. Johnson, Mr. Harris, the teachers, staff and community to ensure that our students here have a positive and successful middle school experience.
