Clement School Counseling Program Vision Statement:
Our vision is to empower every student to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where each student feels valued and equipped to navigate challenges, build healthy relationships, and develop resilience. By fostering a growth mindset and promoting lifelong learning, we aim to help students discover their strengths, set meaningful goals, and become confident, compassionate individuals ready to succeed in high school and beyond.
Clement School Counseling Program Mission Statement:
The Clement Middle School counseling program empowers students with the knowledge and leadership skills needed for the 21st century. We foster an inclusive and supportive environment through a school counseling program that celebrates diversity, promotes safety and positivity, and encourages students to make responsible choices. By involving parents and the community, and providing consistent guidance, we help students develop their potential and thrive. At this point in the mission, we emphasize equity, access, and long-range success for every student, aligning with the ASCA RAMP Rubric 1.D by ensuring all students are supported in reaching their full potential through equitable opportunities, inclusive practices, and a future-focused mindset.
