Volunteer Information

Assembly Bill 346 requires schools to obtain specific documentation from each volunteer as well as School Board Approval. This includes field trip chaperones.

The following items must be recieved in the office BEFORE we can request School Board Approval:
  1. Current TB clearance.
  2. Megan's Law Check
  3. Worker's Compensation Paperwork
  4. Board Agenda Request
This process, including School Board Approval, can take up to four weeks. Please contact the Principal's Secretary, Vicki Bierma, at 307-5400 x41103 with any questions regarding this process.
